New Hires

  • PenFed Credit Union, the nation's second largest federal credit union, is pleased to welcome Sarah Heintzman as Chief Finance Officer and Executive Vice President. Heintzman joins the executive management team and is responsible for leading comprehensive financial programs and initiatives across all businesses and products at an enterprise level. 

  • Coastal Credit Union has hired Dean Shannon as its new VP of Data Engineering and Platforms Architecture. In this role, he will be responsible for managing the team that builds critical data solutions and provides a strong platform foundation and function.

  • Financial Center First Credit Union promotes within senior team!

    ·        Jennifer Rue of Carmel, Indiana, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Credit Union Operations.

    ·        Dusty Simmons of Greenwood, Indiana, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations.

    ·       Carl Britton of Carmel, Indiana, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Internal Operations.

    ·      Billy Wells of Zionsville, Indiana, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Member Operations.

    ·     Chrissy Stefani of Muncie, Indiana, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources Operations.

  • Corporate Central is proud to announce that Shannon Cate, NCP has been promoted to Manager Member Services. In this role, Cate is responsible for providing operational support of products and services to enable the delivery of superior member service.

  • Corporate Central is pleased to announce that Malisha Yang has been promoted to Member Services Specialist. In this role, Yang is responsible for facilitating the robust delivery of superior member service and proactive relationship development.

  • Piedmont Advantage Credit Union promoted recently Carrieanne Holt to Manager of its Charlotte branch. A Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor, Holt brings a wealth of banking and management experience to this position.

  • Municipal Credit Union announced that Toni-Ann Sforza, sHRBP, SHRM-CP, has been promoted to the position of Chief People and Experience Officer, effective May 1. Since March 1, 2021, Sforza had served as MCU's Chief Human Resource Officer, leading Human Resources and Learning & Development.

  • Texans Credit Union, announced Tanya Patterson's promotion to Vice President of Strategic Solutions. In her new role, Patterson will lead the newly formed Strategic Solutions department, which will focus on identifying new growth opportunities for the credit union.

Origence has announced the results of their board of directors election during the company’s annual shareholders meeting.

The new board members are:

·        Ron Neumann, president & CEO of OCCU, formerly associate director

·        Sandra Sagehorn-Elliott, president & CEO of Vantage West Credit Union, formerly associate director

Retirements

  • Coastal Credit Union board member Bill Smith has announced his retirement on May 15 after an incredible 53 years of service to the credit union. During the majority of his tenure, Mr. Smith served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the board, with terms as Vice Chair and Chair, and participated in several committees.
