AKUVO, a leading technology organization specializing in collections and credit risk management, hosted more than 175 participants Sept. 11-12 at its first user conference at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas. The conference featured a mix of insightful sessions and frequent collaboration and networking, allowing attendees to come away with education and industry contacts.

“We wanted AKUVO’s Community Conference to be a place that fosters collaboration and innovation within the collections community,” said AKUVO’s Chief Revenue Officer, Steve Castagna. “Of course, we want to educate our users about all of the tech updates to the AKUVO Platform and other services, but ultimately we want to support our customers with the highest level of service through product quality and personal dedication and interaction.”

The agenda featured engaging panel discussions, a comprehensive look at AKUVO's upcoming product delivery plan, and a series of roundtable sessions that encouraged dialogue between attendees on the future of collections solutions.

AKUVO also hosted a lively casino night, giving attendees the chance to network and relax in a fun environment.
