Credit Unions Announce New Hires/Promotions and Credit Union Employees Recognized For Achievements

Several credit unions announced new hires/promotions, including Austin Telco Federal Credit Union and Chartway Credit Union, and employees from a few credit unions including Clearview Federal Credit Union and LAFCU were recognized for various achievements.

New Hires

  • Corporate Central is excited to announce the addition of Chelsea Menge as Relationship Development Manager. In this vital role, Menge will be instrumental in supporting the growth and success of Corporate Central. She will work closely with member credit unions, proactively assessing their financial climates, identifying specific needs, and positioning Corporate Central’s products and solutions to address those needs effectively. Menge will collaborate with member services and investment teams to strengthen partnerships with existing and future members, while also assisting leadership in the formulation of business development and marketing strategies.

  • Chartway is pleased to announce that Trent Hudson has joined the credit union as its new senior vice president of finance. Hudson brings over 30 years of experience in financial management and executive leadership roles across the financial services sector and has a demonstrated track record for helping organizations navigate complex financial landscapes to achieve growth.

  • CUES is pleased to announce a new leadership position that will play a critical role in establishing and cultivating supplier relationships, providing CUES members with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to help them thrive. Jessica Hrubes has joined CUES as the Vice President of Business Development. Hrubes brings an impressive 22 years of credit union industry experience—including earlier experience at CUES—with expertise focused on building strategic relationships and collaborating with industry leaders to advance organizational missions.

  • FIntegrate Technology is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Bingham as Senior Project Manager. With over 25 years of experience, Kevin brings a wealth of expertise to the FIntegrate team. His impressive credentials include Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications, as well as being a Tableau Certified Professional. Kevin is also experienced in Microsoft Reporting Services and SQL development. His expertise and technical proficiency enables him to deliver optimized, high-performance reporting solutions tailored to diverse client needs.

Recognitions

  • Lisa Florian, President & CEO of Clearview Federal Credit Union, has been honored by the Pittsburgh Business Times with a prestigious C-Suite Award, recognizing Florian’s impactful leadership across the Pittsburgh region. As the leader of Clearview, one of Southwestern Pennsylvania’s largest credit unions, Florian oversees the financial well-being of more than 120,000 members and continues to expand Clearview’s presence and accessibility.

  • Kelli Ellsworth Etchison has been named to COLOR Magazine’s Top Chief Diversity Officers POWERLIST. This special edition recognizes exceptional leaders shaping the future of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the country. As LAFCU’s chief diversity officer, Kelli has driven initiatives that emphasize equitable access to services and foster a culture where employees and members feel valued. Her contributions include implementing DEI strategies that prioritize education and bias-free practices and leading the formation of an employee-led DEI committee.

  • Maine State Credit Union announces the recognition of eight outstanding employees nominated by their peers for setting an exemplary standard of excellence. These individuals were honored with awards at the annual Maine State Credit Union Employee Banquet, acknowledging their exceptional contributions to the organization and its members.

    This year's award recipients are:

    • Jennifer Chipman – Social Responsibility Award. This award celebrates an individual who has significantly impacted our communities through dedicated contributions and active involvement, enriching the lives of those we serve.

    • Jason Cormier—Leading Forward Award. This award recognizes an exceptional leader who guides others with mutual respect, effective communication, and relationship-building, contributing to the success of the team and the credit union.

    • Melissa Boudreau—Commitment to Culture Award: This award recognizes an individual who consistently embodies Maine State Credit Union's core values, inspires others, and promotes a robust organizational culture.

    • Nicolette Robson – Growing for Tomorrow Award. Honoring someone who embraces continuous learning and growth, taking the initiative to expand their skills and knowledge while motivating others to do the same.

    • Miles Turner—Dedication to Member Service Award. This award is given to someone who consistently delivers exceptional service to our members and demonstrates unwavering integrity and commitment.

    • Ashley Dyer—Dedication to Team Member Service Award. This person is recognized for outstanding service and support to colleagues, showcasing reliability and diligence, and fostering positive interactions within the team.

    • Randi Gurski—Innovation Visionary Award. This award recognizes an employee who consistently contributes innovative ideas and initiatives, driving Maine State Credit Union's growth and evolution.

    • Peter Dow – Empowerment Advocate Award. Acknowledging a team member who fosters a culture of collaboration and support through trust, transparency, and empowerment, embodying the organization's values.

Promotions

  • Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Tammy L. Carter to Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer. Tammy joined Austin Telco in September 2022 as the Vice President of Human Resources. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and the credit union industry, she demonstrates outstanding leadership and a commitment to fostering a positive culture throughout the company.

  • Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is thrilled to announce the promotion of John Paul Ramirez to Vice President of Payment Services. John was previously the Assistant Vice President of Accounting Services at Austin Telco FCU. He has a proven track record in the financial industry with over 25 years of credit union, leadership, and payment services experience. He is set to lead Austin Telco’s payment services department and excel it to new heights with enhanced, more efficient, and secure payment solutions.
