First Flight Federal Credit Union names Tabitha Allen President/CEO Successor
First Flight Federal Credit Union names Tabitha Allen, previously Executive Vice President of the organization, to succeed Allen ‘Al’ Fallon as President/CEO.
During her nearly 17-year tenure with the credit union, Allen has applied her expertise in strategic planning, executive leadership, asset/liability management, liquidity and capital management, financial analysis, marketing, communications, and retail branch operations.
“Continuing our mission to improve the financial well-being of our members, while creating life-long member relationships is paramount, along with our vision for the future to become the financial institution of choice in each of the communities we serve,” stated Allen. “I am honored to lead this organization into the future, surrounded by an impressive team of talented professionals.”

Fallon will continue to serve the organization as he transitions to CEO Emeritus/Strategic Consultant
