MeridianLink Recognized for Achievement in Product Innovation in 2024 American Business Awards

MeridianLink’s innovative partnership with FedChoice Federal Credit Union celebrated by leading industry awards program

MeridianLink, Inc. (NYSE: MLNK), a leading provider of modern software platforms for financial institutions and consumer reporting agencies, today announced it was named a winner in the Achievement in Product Innovation category of the 22nd Annual American Business Awards®, also known as the Stevie® Awards. MeridianLink®, which provides industry-leading account opening, consumer lending, member engagement, and business intelligence capabilities, was recognized for its partnership with FedChoice Federal Credit Union.

“It’s a great honor to be recognized for product innovation along with FedChoice among such a distinguished class in an incredibly competitive year,” said Devesh Khare, chief product officer at MeridianLink. “We are proud to provide our connected ecosystem through MeridianLink® One and are honored to partner with financial institutions across the country to help drive their digital progression.”

MeridianLink and FedChoice continue to show the strength of their long-time partnership through this latest success. FedChoice's integration of MeridianLink® Insight into their existing MeridianLink One platform has yielded significant benefits, including enhancing member segmentation and operational efficiency for the credit union. This improvement has led to a discernable uptick in loan funding and home equity product growth. MeridianLink Insight offers financial institutions valuable insights into operational performance and potential bottlenecks, empowering them with data-driven solutions. By prioritizing member needs and leveraging data effectively, FedChoice has not only improved efficiency but also enhanced the borrower experience, yielding tangible results.

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

“While growth in much of the world economy has recovered slowly from the COVID-19 pandemic, the American economy continues to show remarkable resilience and growth,” said Stevie Awards President Maggie Miller. “Our 2024 Stevie winners have contributed to that successful recovery through their innovation, persistence, and hard work. We congratulate all our winners in the 2024 ABAs and look forward to celebrating their achievements during our June 11 awards banquet in New York.”

This year, more than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration. MeridianLink and FedChoice won in the Product Innovation category for their work together.

“Adding Insight to our other MeridianLink solutions allowed us to shift from reactive to real-time management of the loan origination process by shortening the window between seeing results and acting on that data,” said Brian Fleming, head of business intelligence for FedChoice. “We’re thrilled to be recognized by the American Business Awards for our work to create a frictionless member experience and streamline internal resources and processing times.”
