Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union Welcomes Anthony Grigos as Chief Business Banking Officer
Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union is excited to announce the addition of Anthony Grigos as its new Chief Business Banking Officer (CBBO). With over two decades of experience in commercial lending, real estate, and financial services, Anthony brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation to the credit union.
Anthony’s distinguished career spans leadership roles at major financial institutions, including the Royal Bank of Canada and JP Morgan Chase, where he honed his skills in commercial lending and investment banking. After 15 years in the corporate sector, Anthony transitioned to his family’s real estate and mortgage business in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, applying his finance and management expertise to expand and develop operations. His commitment to the local business community laid the foundation
for his successful tenure as CEO of Bay Ridge Credit Federal Credit Union, where he expanded the credit union's business lending portfolio and initiated and led the organization through a strategic merger with Island Federal Credit Union.
In his new role as CBBO at Nassau Financial, Anthony will focus on enhancing business banking services and fostering relationships with local businesses to support their financial growth. His dedication to community engagement and strategic vision aligns with Nassau Financial’s mission of helping members and businesses achieve their financial goals.

Anthony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn College and an MBA from Fordham University. He is also a licensed New York State real estate broker. His deep involvement in community service includes leadership roles on various boards and as president of his parish council. Anthony lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Dr. Maria Grigos, and their three children: Dean, Basil, and Michael.
