Clif Jenkins has been hired as vice president of digital experience support at Numerica Credit Union. Clif will lead Numerica’s digital workforce management, communication, and quality monitoring teams. He will also assist with the development and execution of digital member service roadmaps and expanding service channels for members.

Jenkins has 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He previously worked at Cenlar as its contact center technology manager.
