The Southeastern Credit Union Foundation Announces Awardees for the Growth and Impact Grant Programs

The Southeastern Credit Union Foundation (SECUF), the charitable arm of the League of Southeastern Credit Unions (LSCU), is thrilled to announce the recipients of the Growth and Impact Grant Program. The Growth and Impact Grant Program includes three distinct grant opportunities: the Credit Union Development Grant, the Community Impact Grant, and the Professional Development Grant.

Following an extensive evaluation process, the selected organizations were found to have demonstrated exceptional dedication to their communities and exhibited innovative approaches to addressing critical challenges. Collectively, these recipients have been awarded a combined total of $50,500 in grant funding.

The Credit Union Development Grant Program aims to support the growth and sustainability of credit unions by providing financial assistance for projects that improve staff and volunteer development, technology adoption, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Harris Employees Credit Union (Cordele, Georgia)

Hialeah Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union (Hialeah, Florida)

Jefferson Credit Union (Hoover, Alabama)

TVH Federal Credit Union (Tuskegee, Alabama)

The Community Impact Grant Program is designed to fund projects that positively impact the community, such as financial education programs, community development initiatives, and charitable giving efforts.
