1st United Credit Union Named a 2022 Greater Bay Area Top Workplace

1st United Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by the San Francisco Chronicle. The Greater Bay Area Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“We are so excited to receive the Top Workplace recognition for the fourth consecutive year,” commented Lynell Fraley, Chief Human Resources Officer at 1st United Credit Union. “We want to continue to evolve 1st United so our staff can grow their careers, thrive, and be happy. The feedback we receive through the survey helps us to accomplish this and winning the award is icing on the cake.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “In today's market, that's something to be proud of. Leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
