Addition Financial Credit Union Named One of Central Florida’s “Top Workplaces” in 2024

Annual Award from Orlando Sentinel Media Group is Based on Employee Feedback

Addition Financial Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by the Orlando Sentinel Media Group. This annual list of Top Workplaces in Central Florida is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.

For 2024, 3,193 organizations in Central Florida were invited to survey their employees and 129 earned recognition as Top Workplaces based on employee feedback.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount.”

The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including:

  • Workplace Experience

  • Empowered to Execute

  • Enable to Grow

  • Engaged

  • Fairly Valued

  • Respected and Supported

“We are honored and grateful Addition Financial is once again awarded as a Top Workplace in Central Florida, especially because it is based on feedback from our incredible team members who exemplify our people-first culture,” said Nora Rodriguez-Patterson, Chief Communications Officer at Addition Financial Credit Union. “From the teller lines to the C-Suite, we are dedicated to empowering each other in pursuit of continuous improvement and how to always best serve our credit union members.”

The award is open to any employer with 35 or more employees in Central Florida, and survey results are valid only if 35% or more employees respond. To best compare similar workplace experiences, employers are grouped into small, midsize and large categories.
