Alternatives FCU Signs Seven-Year Renewal with Synergent to Host Jack Henry’s Symitar Core Processing Platform

Synergent is pleased to announce that Alternatives FCU has renewed its agreement with Synergent for hosted Jack Henry™ core processing. The credit union also signed a five-year agreement with Synergent for the delivery of the Jack Henry Banno Digital Platform™.

The credit union also uses Synergent to deliver additional service solutions through Jack Henry including deposit account origination capabilities with Opening Act and mobile deposit capture. Alternatives FCU also utilizes Synergent for statement processing.
