BCU Named a Computerworld 2024 Best Places to Work in IT

BCU has been recognized as no. 4 among small organizations in Foundry's Computerworld 2024 Best Places to Work in IT. The Credit Union’s IT department is the embodiment of BCU’s dedication to employee well- being – offering flexible, hybrid work opportunities; an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); professional growth opportunities; other onsite perks such as a barista, food trucks, and happy hours; and more.

“We see a clear improvement in employee engagement and performance when we’re taking care of ourselves and our team members,” said Scott Zulpo, BCU Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. “Giving people the chance to be open and be themselves fosters new ideas and higher levels of collaboration. It builds trust and ultimately ensures better outcomes for member experience,” Zulpo continued.

This is the fourth time BCU has appeared on a Computerworld Best Places to Work in IT list, which is compiled based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, career development, DEI, future of work, training and retention. In addition, this year, the rankings are reviewed and vetted by a panel of industry experts.
