New Hires

  • KeyPoint Credit Union named John Caladim as its new Chief Financial Officer. Promotions

  • Truliant Federal Credit Union announced that it has promoted Jeremy Cline to the role of vice president of member success and loyalty. Previously, he was senior director of member success and loyalty. In this new role, Cline will be responsible for organizing, planning and directing the activities of the Member Satisfaction, Member Relationship Management, Product Strategy and Development areas. Additionally, he will oversee the build, launch and management of Truliant’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

  • Greater Texas Aggieland Credit Union has promoted Atif Naeem to Assistant Vice President of IT Infrastructure after serving as director of IT support for the past year. In his new role he is responsible for managing and modernizing all of the credit union’s technology infrastructure.

Appointments

  • Chief Executive Officer at eDOC Innovations Inc., announced today that Joshua Jones has been appointed Chief Technology Officer at the Credit Union Service Organization. Josh has been with the company for more than 20 years previously serving as the Vice President of Research and Development where he led the day-to-day development efforts

Awards and Designations

  • Corporate Central is proud to announce that Brittany Poe, BSACS, Risk & Compliance Coordinator, has earned her Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) designation. “Brittany achieved the BSACS designation after successfully completing the CUNA BSA/AML Certification eSchool with NASCUS,” said Nancy Morgan, Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. “We are very proud to have Brittany on our team. Her designation further establishes our Compliance Department as a reliable and confident authority for BSA and AML compliance.”
