Promotions

  • Indiana Members Credit Union is pleased to announce 4 Retail Operations team promotions, further strengthening its organization.

    Connie Tyler has been promoted to Vice President, Branch Operations. In this role, Tyler will provide primary lending support for branches, develop and improve branch productivity and efficiencies, as well as enhance staff product knowledge, coach, develop personnel, and assist Managers in staffing and performance.

    Kathleen Mitchell has been promoted to Vice President, Branch Operations. In this role, Mitchell will be responsible for mentorship, training and development of a team of Branch Managers as well as serve as Administrator for the lending platform.

    Jill Pelley has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Operations. In this role, Pelley will be responsible for maximizing employee effectiveness through coaching and mentoring branch staff.

    Shannon Mullen has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Operations. In this role, Mullen will be responsible for maximizing employee effectiveness through coaching and mentoring branch staff.

  • FORUM Credit Union announces that Andrew Spirrison has been named Chief Member Experience Officer. In this role, he will join the executive leadership team and will be responsible for both the Retail and the EPS (Electronic Payment Systems) teams.

  • Jenny Budreau is transitioning into FORUM’s Chief People Officer, retaining responsibility for the Human Resources and Organizational Development functions.

  • Sherry Jacobson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Fraud/Loss Prevention of FORUM Credit Union.

  • First Tech Federal Credit Union, announced the promotion of Kelly Corah to President of Addison Avenue Investment Services, where she will continue to lead the investment program sales, compliance, and client engagement functions, as well as the activities of the insurance agency, First Tech Insurance Services.

Appointments

  • Brian McKay, President and CEO of Spero Financial, has been named to Anderson University’s Board of Trust. McKay, alongside 25 other trustees, will provide strategic vision and guidance to the University. The Board of Trust aims to propel the University’s mission forward to provide a well-rounded, higher-education experience for students that develops them intellectually, spiritually, physically, and socially.
