New Hires

  • Kinecta Federal Credit Union today announced seasoned C-suite leader Jason Pendergist has joined its Executive Management Team as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. "We're honored to welcome Jason Pendergist to our leadership team," said Sultemeier. "Jason's proven leadership in regional and community banking and his expertise in consumer and commercial lending are well suited to help us meet the needs of our members and to be their financial institution of choice."   • Redwood Credit Union has hired Melissa Hail as branch experience manager of its San Francisco branch. In her new role, Hail is responsible for overseeing member service, staff development, and daily branch operations, as well as partnering with local businesses and community organizations.

Promotions

  • United Federal Credit Union has promoted Christopher Swartz to the position of Branch Manager at its branch at 223 West Ireland Road in South Bend. As Branch Manager, Swartz will be responsible for maintaining the performance of the branch, and providing leadership and supervision to staff.

  • Stephanie Stout has been named to the Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union executive team with a promotion to Vice President, Member Contact Center. “Stephanie is extremely dedicated to making sure our contact center delivers exceptional service to every member,” said Howard Baker, President and CEO of Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union. “By leveraging the use of new technology and the talents of our people, Stephanie is helping us deliver a top-tier experience for anyone who engages with the contact center.”

Retirements

  • PCM Credit Union announces the retirement of Dan Wollin, President and Chief Executive Officer. Shelly Mellenberger, current Senior Vice President, will assume the role of President/CEO.

Appointments

  • Kinecta Federal Credit Union is proud to announce Donna McNeely, President of Kinecta Financial Management, was appointed to the Bank Insurance and Securities Association (BISA) Board of Directors. “As a board member, I will participate in creating BISA’s strategic vision for our ever-evolving industry, acting as an advocate for credit unions,” said McNeely. “I am pleased to join the board of such an influential association dedicated to serving the needs of member firms and financial professionals.”.
