Credit Unions Announce New Hires and boost.ai Announces Hiring of IT Transformation Expert

A few credit unions including Labor Credit Union and FORUM Credit Union announced new hires, and boost.ai announced the addition of a prominent IT transformation expert to their leadership team.

New Hires

Labor Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Audra Pettus as the new Vice President of Operations. Pettus joined Labor Credit Union from Johns Hopkins FCU, where she formerly served as the Director of Community Engagement. She brings fifteen years of experience in the financial services and credit union industry.

Climb Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Johnson as Senior Vice President of Member Experience. With 17 years of experience in the financial industry, Johnson has a proven track record of addressing complex challenges and implementing innovative solutions that consistently drive progress. Her leadership in the credit union sector has led to the achievement of industry-leading Net Promoter Scores, and she has been recognized as a subject matter expert in elder fraud prevention, financial management, and other financial industry topics. Among her many accomplishments, Johnson is particularly proud of leading a transformative organizational initiative that not only enhanced member experiences but also streamlined operations.

FORUM Credit Union announces a new hire within its auditing team. Ben Rader was recently hired as Information Security Manager within FORUM’s Auditing Department in May 2024. Ben has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Indianapolis and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Purdue University. He previously worked as an Information Security and Data Privacy Analyst at OPENLANE in Carmel.

boost.ai announced that Adam Fenwick has joined as Senior Vice President of Global Alliances effective August 19th, 2024. Fenwick brings 25 years of industry experience including work at SaaS vendors, IT consultants, and digital transformation firms. He joins boost.ai from Celonis, a SaaS process intelligence platform vendor focused on process mining to break down silos and unlock value. In his new role, Fenwick will lead the expansion of existing strategic partnerships across both geographic markets and core verticals for boost.ai, focusing on improving the existing customer-centric products and services offered by boost.ai and its partners.

Promotions

FORUM Credit Union announces an organizational promotion within its technology team. Karri Gates has been promoted to Assistant Vice President - Project Management in the Technology Department. She has been with FORUM since December 2006 and has served in various roles including Contact Center Manager, Retail Delivery Project Manager, Core Conversion Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. She received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University, her Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, and her Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. She is currently a member of the Indiana State University Alumni Association and she is a member/volunteer for the Fishers High School Gridiron Club. In her new role, Karri will drive FORUM’s technology project management strategy and lead many of the complex projects that support FORUM’s business plan and operations.
