Jason Endsley Joins Greater Texas to Oversee, Expand Payment Services

Greater Texas Credit Union has added seasoned payments professional Jason Endsley to its management team as Vice President, Payments Strategy & Operations.

Endsley has been successfully managing card payment programs for 20 years. He has extensive experience in the consumer banking industry, commercial card operations, and government card payment services.

For the past eight years Endsley oversaw card operations and strategy at University Federal Credit Union. Under his leadership the card portfolio realized tremendous revenue growth. By modernizing its payments program, improving operational efficiency, and executing innovations, the credit union became a top 100 Visa card issuer in North America.

Endsley is proficient in the entire spectrum of card services and today’s modern payment solutions such as Account-to-Account and Person-to-Person payment solutions and related operations.

“We are looking to Jason to enhance, optimize and grow our payment services,” said Lisa Back, CFO of Greater Texas Credit Union. “He will be instrumental in leading us to identify and implement new strategies to strengthen our card and payment offerings, which will positively impact members’ everyday transactional experience. Endsley has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is also a youth sports coach for the YMCA where he helps young athletes develop skills and foster a passion for doing their best and achieving success.
