Kitsap Credit Union Announces Simon Powley as New Chief Revenue Officer
Kitsap Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Powley as its new Chief Revenue Officer.
As a member of the Kitsap Credit Union leadership team, Simon will be responsible for the overall management of all top-line growth of Kitsap Credit Union across key lines of business, products, and member acquisition.

In his role, Simon will develop and lead the organization’s sales/relationship management, marketing, and product teams, building technology-enabled and human-supported infrastructure, processes, and systems to foster current and future growth.
When asked what attracted him the most about Kitsap Credit Union, Simon replied, “It’s an honor to join an organization that focuses on supporting members through life events and making dreams come true.” Simon is excited to begin his new role on December 4, 2023.
Simon has held several senior leadership positions in both banking and technology in such organizations as Bank of America, Washington Federal (WaFd), and Worldpay. Most recently, Simon held the role of Senior Director at Dieboldnixdorf, leading the Global Banking Advisory Services team, providing thought leadership and guidance to financial institutions to align technology modernization and solution implementation initiatives while maximizing consumer and employee experiences to drive revenue and profitability.
Simon is a veteran of the United States Navy and served at Whidbey Island, Washington.
