MDT Launches MDT Compass App for Credit Union Community

MDT has announced the launch of its MDT Compass App, a cloud-based solution that allows credit unions to stay informed and connected to MDT services and support no matter where they are.

Credit unions increasingly require accessibility and mobility, seeking the ability to seamlessly engage on the go. With the MDT Compass App, credit unions can manage tasks, access critical updates and communicate anytime, anywhere from the convenience of their smartphones and digital devices. The app’s streamlined workflows and real-time updates are saving credit unions time and its immediate access to support and system updates are enhancing credit union communication.

Henrico Federal Credit Union is an early adopter of the MDT Compass App. Russell Sumner, VP of Information Systems at the credit union, said, “This new app takes the wealth of information available to us through the browser-based Compass site and makes it available for when we are not sitting at our desk or able to break out our laptop. Our team can now benefit from the convenience of being able to open tickets, review replies and search the knowledge base while in meetings, traveling or face-to-face with colleagues. MDT has worked hard to deliver a strong, cloud-based solution that showcases their dedication to serving credit unions in a flexible and secure manner.”

The MDT Compass App is a critical step in the company’s focus on embracing cloud-first solutions. Earlier this month, MDT announced its go-forward business strategy, which includes introducing more public cloud solutions, the expansion of consulting solutions and solutions that enable effective digital transformation, to help credit unions succeed and remain institutions of choice for members.

“This launch underscores MDT’s commitment to innovation and to our position as a forward-thinking partner that helps credit unions navigate their digital transformation journeys,” said Jennifer Lee, VP of Software & Data Services for MDT. “Our cloud-based app empowers credit unions with the tools and connectivity they need to solve problems and communicate whenever and wherever they might be, ultimately helping them boost efficiencies and better serve members.”
