Numerica Credit Union and Zeal Credit Union Announce New Hires

Numerica Credit Union and Zeal Credit Union have announced new hires to their leadership teams.

New Hires

• James Numata has been hired as senior vice president of risk at Numerica Credit Union. He will oversee Numerica’s compliance, fraud, and risk management departments. Numata brings 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Skilled at developing new departments and programs, he ensures regulations are met and challenges are mitigated. Numata was previously the senior vice president and director of enterprise risk reporting for Bank of Hawaii.

• Clif Jenkins has been hired as vice president of digital experience support at Numerica Credit Union. Clif will lead Numerica’s digital workforce management, communication, and quality monitoring teams. He will also assist with the development and execution of digital member service roadmaps and expanding service channels for members. Jenkins has 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He previously worked at Cenlar as its contact center technology manager.

• Zeal Credit Union proudly welcomes Jill Johnson as Vice President of Lending. Johnson brings 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, with extensive knowledge in product development and providing digital-first member experiences. She has a passion for leadership with impact and enhancing member service. In her new role, Johnson will oversee lending strategies and operations.
