People's Credit Union Supports Special Olympics' Inspire Greatness Calendar Fundraiser

People’s Credit Union, in conjunction with the Credit Unions of Rhode Island’s Social Responsibility Committee, is once again supporting Special Olympics Rhode Island’s Inspire Greatness Calendar fundraiser efforts. The Inspire Greatness Calendar offers daily cash raffle prizes through the month of January, averaging $50 per day with higher amounts of up to $500 on special days including New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Thursdays, and other Bonus Days. Prize winners will be drawn randomly each day from submitted entries and winner’s names will be returned to the pool for the following day’s drawing. The calendars are an important fundraiser for Special Olympics featuring highlights of Special Olympic Athletes and their inspiring stories.

“People’s Credit Union is proud to continue our support of the annual Inspire Greatness Calendar fundraising efforts. Special Olympics Rhode Island’s programs do so much for these athletes to help build their confidence, learn skills, and create lasting friendships,” stated Courtney Hunter, Head of Community Development for People’s Credit Union. “The calendars have always been popular items and make great fun gifts for the Holiday season,” Hunter added.

People’s Credit Union branches will have Inspire Greatness Calendars available to purchase for $10 until December 27th or while supplies last.
