Raiz Federal Credit Union Introduces the El Paso Zoo Society Debit Card

With much excitement, Raiz Federal Credit Union announces its partnership with the El Paso Zoo Society as part of the Spirit Debit Card program. The unique program provides an opportunity for Raiz members to support local organizations by donating funds to the participating organization of their choice.

The El Paso Zoo Society Debit Card is the first of its kind in the program to provide support for animal welfare. With every non-PIN transaction made using the El Paso Zoo Society Debit Card, Raiz Federal Credit Union donates $0.05 to the El Paso Zoo Society, a vital partner to the El Paso Zoo. Plus, for the first three years, Raiz has committed to match these donations for a total of $0.10 per transaction. Funds raised will help to provide support for community advocacy, wildlife conservation, educational programs, and the essential needs of the zoo and its wildlife residents.

The El Paso Zoo Society Spirit Debit Card is an excellent way for members of the community to support this local non-profit without any additional expenses or budget changes. The Spirit Debit Card program is exclusively available to Raiz account holders and requires only a one-time fee of $5. In addition, El Paso Zoo Society Debit Cardholders will receive a 5% discount on their purchase of an Annual Zoo Membership.
