Reliant Credit Union Empowers Employees to Give Back Through Helping People Achieve More Program
Reliant Credit Union reaffirms its commitment to the credit union philosophy “people helping people” with the continuation of its Helping People Achieve More program for the fourth year. Through this initiative, employees are allotted $100 each to donate to organizations or small businesses that could benefit from community support.
In 2023, 86 Reliant employees demonstrated their dedication to making a positive impact by supporting 65 organizations and small businesses, surpassing the previous year's engagement. This remarkable participation is a result of Reliant's ongoing dedication to engaging and empowering employees to support local organizations, clubs, groups, and small businesses.
"The Helping People Achieve More program is a testament to Reliant Credit Union's commitment to giving back and supporting the communities we serve," said Pamela Heald, Reliant’s President & CEO. "We are proud to be able to provide our employees with the opportunity to make a positive impact by contributing to causes that matter most to them."
Reliant Credit Union encourages its employees to actively engage with their communities and seek opportunities to make a difference. By supporting causes that matter most to employees and the communities the credit union serves, Reliant aims to foster meaningful connections and create lasting change.
