Reliant Credit Union Named One of Rochester’s Top Workplaces for Seventh Year in a Row

Reliant Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Democrat and Chronicle for the seventh year in a row. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Being recognized as a Top Workplace for the seventh consecutive year is proof of the unwavering commitment of the entire Reliant Credit Union team,” said Pamela Heald, President & CEO of Reliant. “We are honored to receive this recognition once again as it reaffirms our dedication to creating an exceptional workplace experience for all.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
