Robins Financial Credit Union Donates $270,000 to Local Non-Profits

Robins Financial Credit Union recently donated $270,000 to fourteen non-profit organizations through their annual Community Project.

The Robins Financial Community Project was created as a way to provide financial assistance  to local non-profit organizations making a positive impact on various areas of the community.  These fourteen chosen non-profits were selected based on their contributions to causes such as  health, education, housing, hunger relief, military, and more.  

Robins Financial Credit Union’s 2024 Community Project recipients include: • Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta/Barksdale  

• Central Georgia Technical College - Georgia VECTR Center 

• Family Promise of Houston County 

• Food Bank of Northeast Georgia 

• Habitat for Humanity Milledgeville-Baldwin County 

• Houston County School District 

• Laurens County Senior Center 

• Lydia’s Place 

• Men About Change 

• Middle Georgia Community Action Agency 

• Otis Redding Center for the Arts 

• Peach Association for the Intellectual Disabled Kay Community Service Center • Rockdale County Public School Foundation 

• Ronald McDonald House Charities 

“Love of community is what makes Macon so special, and Robins Financial Credit Union has  played a very important role for years in support of all things community,” stated Karla Redding Andres, VP and Executive Director of the Otis Redding Foundation. “The Otis Redding  Foundation is so grateful to be chosen as one of the Community Project recipients.”
