Robins Financial Credit Union Named Business of the Year

Robins Financial Credit Union was named Business of the Year on Thursday, December 5 by the Robins Regional Chamber during the chamber’s annual meeting at Southside Baptist Church.

This exciting news coincides with the 70th anniversary of Robins Financial, making this achievement an incredible addition to a celebratory year.

“We are honored to be recognized as the Business of the Year by the Robins Regional Chamber,” stated Christina O’Brien, President and CEO of Robins Financial Credit Union. “This achievement is a testament to our decades of dedication to serving the community and making a positive impact on the lives of our members.”

Former Board Chair of the Robins Regional Chamber, Sonya Jenkins supported the decision to award Robins Financial the Business of the Year.

“For me, it’s no surprise that Robins Financial Credit Union is the 2024 Robins Regional Chamber Business of the Year,” said Sonya Jenkins, former Robins Regional Chamber Board Chair. “When Robins Financial says Community Proud, they mean it. By the end of 2024, they will have donated [monetary] contributions to more than 200 non‐profits, and their team members will have volunteered more than 1400 hours.”

The mission of the chamber is clear.

“As the most significant organized business association in the Robins Region, the Chamber is the go‐to resource for promoting and protecting our business community and our community’s reputation as the best place to live, work, play, pray, raise a family, and run a business,” reads the Robins Regional Chamber website.
