SafeAmerica Credit Union raises $4,500 for Local Bay Area Food Banks

SafeAmerica Credit Union’s annual Love To Give holiday food drive was held virtually from October 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023 supporting the Alameda County Community Food Bank and the Food Bank of Contra Costa & Solano. Together, their members and staff contributed over $2,000 towards both Bay Area food banks. SafeAmerica matched those contributions, bringing the total donation to $4,500 for both of the food banks. The credit union shared its gratitude for their members and staff and their generous contributions which will help those struggling with food insecurity in their local communities. “We know these contributions go a long way in helping those in need in our community. We value our long-time partnerships with the Alameda County Community Food Bank and the Food Bank of Contra Costa & Solano and all that they do to help our communities thrive. It’s always rewarding to see the outpouring of support we receive each year, and for that we are grateful” shared SafeAmerica Credit Union Marketing Manager, Lisa Eddy.
