South Carolina Federal Named one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina

South Carolina Federal Credit Union was again named one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina by SC Biz News, ranking No. 5 in the large employee category.

The program was created to shine a spotlight on the most outstanding employers in South Carolina, featuring a dynamic two-part survey process to determine the final rankings. In the first phase, companies were assessed on a wide range of criteria, including workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics. The second phase dove into the culture of the workplace through direct feedback from employees, providing an authentic snapshot of the employee experience.
