SRM Announces the Hire of Consumer Deposits and Payments Expert Leanne Lange

SRM (Strategic Resource Management), a trusted advisory firm serving financial institutions globally, announced that Leanne Lange is joining the business and will serve as the Managing Director within the Banking and Payments practice, supporting growth initiatives and client services.

Leanne brings over 25 years of extensive experience in consumer deposits and payments product management. Before joining SRM, Lange had a notable tenure at M&T Bank, specializing in debit card and ATM products. Her responsibilities spanned a broad range of critical areas, including managing network and vendor relationships, driving innovation in emerging payments, and developing strategies for consumer checking growth and deposit liquidity. Notably, Leanne was instrumental in 17 successful bank acquisitions and conversions, demonstrating her exceptional ability to navigate complex transitions and integrate new systems seamlessly.
