Three Credit Unions Announce Promotions; Corporate Central Director of Member Experience Earns CU Leader Designation
A couple of credit unions including Bay Federal Credit Union and TBA Credit Union announced promotions within their organizations, and the Director of Member Experience at Corporate Central Credit Union earned a prestigious designation through the Leadership Institute.
New Hires
PARC Compensation Consulting is excited to announce the hiring of Jen Morgan as part of its continued expansion. The company, a division of PARC Street Group which also includes PARC Street Partners*, was launched on Sept. 4, 2024. Morgan specializes in salary surveys and helping clients feel confident about their pay decisions. She brings a strong background in human resources and compensation in a variety of arenas, including Port of Portland, a government agency; Abbott, a publicly held pharmaceutical company; and US LBM, a privately held national distributor of specialty building materials.
ALM First is continuing to enhance its advisory services team, which already included a deep bench of experienced individuals including several who have previously served in bank treasury roles, as examiners, and more. The firm recently welcomed former credit union CFO and CPA, Tavish Taylor, and former senior financial analyst for First Citizens Bank, Ben Chilanga. Taylor joined the firm as Director, Advisory Services and Chilanga, who is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM), joined the firm as Associate, Advisory Services.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Mr. Atkinson is known for implementing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that achieve measurable results. His expertise encompasses campaign development, graphic design, copywriting, email marketing, social media, online and mobile banking, website content and search engine optimization (SEO), digital signage, and paid media campaigns.

As Chief Experience Officer, Chenoweth will lead TBACU’s Member and Card Services teams, Underwriting, and TBACU’s Local Service Center, all dedicated to improving members' journeys with TBA Credit Union. This role is pivotal in ensuring the team communication members receive the highest service and support, reflecting our dedication to serving the community and building trusted relationships.
Greylock Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Greg Dieterich to branch manager of its Allendale branch in Pittsfield. In his role, Dieterich manages a staff of 11, and plays an active role in business development. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, originating mortgage and home equity loans, overseeing branch compliance, originating and underwriting consumer loans, and maintaining a wide variety of member accounts.
