TruWest® Credit Union Updates Branch Naming to Reflect Enhanced Service Offerings

Local Credit Union Branches Renamed “Financial Service Centers”

TruWest® Credit Union is pleased to announce that all its branch locations will be renamed as financial service centers beginning December, 2023. The name change is being made to better reflect the services offered at each location, including expanded financial education resources and programs, and a variety of elevated support for members.

Financial Service Center Managers and Assistant Managers at each location are now Certified Credit Union Financial Counselors, and can partner with members to help them identify, create, and achieve their financial goals. Services available to members in TruWest’s financial service centers include financial education, wealth management, checking and savings services, home, auto or personal loans, as well as a variety of other business services.

“TruWest is proud to support our members with our new financial service centers,” said the credit union’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, Gary Bernard. “We are committed to our role as a trusted financial partner and are looking forward to providing more than just products and services, but also personalized solutions to support members’ most important needs and priorities.”

This branch transformation is reflective of the original credit union philosophy of “people helping people,” and to TruWest’s culture of caring. TruWest is proud of its history as a cooperative providing trusted financial support and solutions for over 70 years.
