Updated Credit Union Diversity Self-Assessment Open Season Begins October 1, 2024

On October 1, 2024, the NCUA will extend its annual invitation to credit unions to conduct a voluntary diversity self-assessment. This year, the diversity self-assessment will be administered through a third-party vendor, Optimal Solutions Group LLC, to provide complete separation from the examination and supervision programs. Optimal Solutions Group will administer the self-assessment, collect all responses, and provide an aggregated report to the NCUA. The vendor will provide all technical support during the process.

The agency uses credit unions’ responses to help identify successful diversity policies and programs and to guide the development of technical assistance, guidance, and resources to advance diversity and inclusion within the credit union system. You can learn more at https://ncua.gov/CUDSA.
