U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union Expands Partnership with PSCU/Co-op Solutions to Include Card Processing Services

PSCU/Co-op Solutions is pleased to announce its expanded partnership with U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union (U.S. Eagle) to provide comprehensive credit and debit card processing services, alongside continued contact center support.

With a history spanning more than 80 years, U.S. Eagle was first established as Albuquerque U.S. Employees Federal Credit Union in 1935 and evolved to its current name in 2015 to reflect an extended geographic reach. As the longest-standing credit union in New Mexico, U.S. Eagle remains dedicated to its mission of creating a world where people matter more than numbers.

The decision to select PSCU/Co-op for card processing services resulted from a thorough RFP process. U.S. Eagle's goal was not merely to secure a vendor, but to find a true partner capable of leveraging current market functionality and innovation in products and services. The credit union’s choice to deepen its partnership with PSCU/Co-op was driven by several factors, including strong scores on RFP process scorecards and a positive experience with the contact center services currently provided by the CUSO. Following a recent collaboration with Lumin Digital, the credit union felt a further expansion of its relationship with PSCU/Co-op would complete the integration and functionality needed to offer members an enhanced suite of services.

“We have implemented several technological advancements in the past year for the benefit of our members,” said U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union President and CEO Marsha Majors. “Our partnership with PSCU is another example of how U.S. Eagle provides the most innovative card processing services to those we serve.”

PSCU/Co-op is slated to commence credit card processing services for U.S. Eagle in May 2024. Plans are also underway for the debit processing conversion. Today, U.S. Eagle serves more than 92,000 members and holds over $1.45 billion in assets.

“PSCU/Co-op is proud to announce our expanded scope of work with U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union, an institution that shares our commitment to providing excellent service and member-focused solutions,” said Brian Scott, EVP, chief growth officer at PSCU/Co-op Solutions. “As we extend our relationship beyond contact center support, we are excited to utilize PSCU/Co-op’s industry-leading card processing technologies to enhance the member experience and contribute to the financial well-being of the credit union’s diverse membership.”
