ValleyStar Credit Union Launches System Upgrade and Rebranding Effort

ValleyStar announces the launch of a new member-focused computer processing system and rebranding effort aimed at better serving members’ financial needs.

The system upgrade and rebranding effort will include a series of technology improvements that will bring many benefits, such as enhanced security, streamlined daily operations, opportunities to offer more innovative products and services, and greater efficiencies that will improve convenience for members and ValleyStar employees.

In addition to the technology upgrades, ValleyStar will also undergo a rebranding effort that includes a fresh new look and logo that reflects ValleyStar’s commitment to growth and innovation.

"We are excited to roll out these new changes to our members," said Mike Warrell, ValleyStar CEO. "These upgrades will improve our overall data security, enhance members’ banking experience, provide them with the tools they need to achieve their financial goals and allow us to be the best in service and convenience amongst our peers.”

ValleyStar’s commitment to enhanced security is unwavering. This system upgrade is an investment in cutting-edge solutions to ensure member information remains confidential and accounts remain protected. Our new system will bring technological advancement while guarding financial peace of mind.

The system upgrade will take place the first weekend in October. During this time, all ValleyStar branches will be closed from Saturday, September 30, to Monday, October 2. ValleyStar is working with members to ensure a smooth transition
