Westerra Credit Union Welcomes Daniel (DJ) Kutch as Chief Financial Officer

Westerra Credit Union has selected Daniel (DJ) Kutch as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  With nearly 25-years of experience in the financial industry - 15 years working in credit unions and an additional 9 years in public accounting – Kutch has the financial acumen to adapt to the current financial environment while his valuable expertise will help ensure the future sustainability for Westerra, and its members.

Kutch recently served as the CFO at Horne, LLP, one of the top accounting firms in the U.S., as well as CFO for Keesler Federal Credit Union and Clearview Federal Credit Union.  In his role at Westerra he will provide strategic direction to the Executive Team and the Board of Directors while supporting Westerra’s mission – To positively impact lives through personal attention and financial education.

Currently residing in Pennsylvania, Kutch and his family will be relocating to Denver for his new role. Avid ice hockey fans – both of his sons play the sport and they are looking forward to attending Colorado Avalanche games – they are also eager to immerse themselves in the Mile High City’s plentiful outdoor activities, including hiking, golfing, boating and attending concerts at Red Rocks.
