Your Marketing Co. Team Grows in Number and in Their Roles

Shifts help bring improved focus for the future

Autumn English

Your Marketing Co. couldn’t be more excited to announced that the team is growing with two additions and two shifts within its team to keep the company rooted in the now with its eyes on the future. Your Marketing Co. is a leader in strategic marketing, branding and strategic planning for credit unions seeking innovation, relevancy and growth.

Autumn English is Your Marketing Co.’s new Vice President of Digital Strategy. Her previous experience includes digital marketing posts at Food Lion and Bank of America, and most recently she served as digital director at Elevation Church. She joins the team with an infinite library of knowledge and experience that will help Your Marketing Co. and its client credit unions innovate and use data to drive results.

Casey Markowitz

Additionally, Your Marketing Co. is pleased to announce the addition of new Marketing Strategist Casey Markowitz. She is a seasoned marketer who will work directly with credit unions to achieve their goals with thoughtful strategy to build member relationships. Markowitz came to Your Marketing Co. as a marketing strategist from Gumas Marketing in San Francisco, whose clients included several credit unions.

Corey Hudgins

Corey Hudgins, who joined the team more than a year ago and has been a source of growth and new ideas, has been promoted Vice President of Operations from Senior Project Manager. Hudgins came to Your Marketing Co. after 21 years of agency work culminating in her becoming Associate Director of Production Services at Erwin-Penland and time at Gannett that brings valuable insights to the team.

Jennifer Pham

Long-time team member Jennifer Pham’s role is shifting from Vice President of Ideas and Results, leading both the design and digital teams, to Vice President of Creative to allow her to better focus. She is an adept problem solver, a graduate of Your Marketing Co.’s Future Leaders of YMC (FLY) leadership development program and ravenous learner. She started her career as a graphic designer for Sustainable Carolina before moving to African American Professors Program, and then joined Your Marketing Co. as a junior graphic designer before climbing up the ladder to graphic designer and lead designer before becoming a vice president with the company.

“I’m so proud of the growth our team has demonstrated over the past year,” CEO Bo McDonald said. “During our strategic planning session for 2023, we practiced what we preach; we asked ‘a freaking question. The results of those discussions among our leadership team were scary, but good-scary. The new team members and position changes serve to further our goal to help credit unions avoid unnecessary merger by facing our very human fear of change to move forward with relevance for our members.”
