Veteran people leader succeeds Cathy Meyers as she transitions to emerita chief people officer after 42 years of service
Community Financial Credit Union announced today the appointment of Ryan McEleney as chief human potential officer, marking a significant evolution in the organization’s commitment to building a human-first, future-ready workplace.
McEleney succeeds Cathy Meyers, who is entering a novel offboarding path following a remarkable 42-year career at the credit union. Meyers will continue to provide guidance to the organization in the role of emerita chief people officer, ensuring continuity and care during this leadership transition.
