Several credit unions, including MSU Federal Credit Union and First Capital Federal Credit Union, announced promotions within their organizations, and Coastal Credit Union announced that two of its Wealth Advisors from Coastal Wealth Management were recognized as Distinguished Financial Professionals.
New Hires:
- QuantyPhi, a wholly owned CUSO of Corporate Central, is pleased to welcome Max Bade as ALM & CECL Analyst as the organization continues expanding its analytical capabilities to support credit unions navigating an increasingly complex financial environment. In this role, Bade will support credit unions with asset liability management, CECL analysis, liquidity planning, and balance sheet strategy, helping institutions strengthen financial decision making through data driven insights and collaborative expertise.
- Bay Federal Credit Union announced the appointment of Maribel Maldonado to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, reflecting the organization’s continued investment in developing strong internal leaders and supporting long-term growth across its branch network. In her new role, Mrs. Maldonado will serve as Branch Manager of the Watsonville Branch.
- Royal Credit Union (Royal) is pleased to announce Alicia Reinhardt as a Business Banking Officer. In this role, Reinhardt will support new and existing business Members with lending needs and build relationships by offering tailored financial solutions that empower local businesses to achieve their goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Catalyst announced that Nathan Quade has returned to the organization as Vice President of Sales, bringing decades of experience working alongside credit unions and community based financial institutions and a strong history with Catalyst.

- Amy Coe, Senior Vice President of Operations – Coe began her career with the Credit Union in 1997 and has held a variety of roles and leadership positions throughout the organization. She brings extensive experience in credit union operations, with a strong focus on enhancing processes and procedures that improve the member experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory, state, and IRS rules and requirements. Committed to continuous improvement and collaborative leadership, she brings both strategic and hands-on perspectives to her work. She serves on the Executive Committee for America’s Credit Unions Operations and Member Experience Council and has dedicated 15 years of service to her local school board.
- Colleen Cole, Senior Vice President of Member Service and Lending – In her new role, Cole is responsible for leading the Credit Union’s member-facing service and lending operations. She oversees the Call Center, Video Services, eServices, Personal Services, and Member Lending Department, leading more than 250 employees who deliver member services each day. With more than 16 years of credit union experience, all dedicated to direct member service, Cole brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong understanding of evolving member needs. In this role, Cole oversees the strategic direction and execution of omnichannel service delivery and consumer lending, ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions across all touchpoints. Her leadership is grounded in operational excellence and a commitment to sustainable growth.
- Jason Crandall, Assistant Vice President of Home Loan Origination – Crandall joined the Credit Union in 2015 and is an Accredited Mortgage Professional, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in a variety of service roles. He is passionate about mentoring loan originators and helping individuals achieve the dream of homeownership. Crandall is responsible for the member service experience for home loans, including purchases, new construction, refinance, and home equity.
- Nicole Dilts, Senior Vice President of Commercial Solutions – Dilts began her career with MSU Federal Credit Union in 2009 and has held roles across Member Services, Payment Systems, Accounting and Finance, and Commercial Solutions. In her new role, she provides strategic leadership for the Commercial Solutions, Card Services, and Consumer Loan Operations teams. Dilts is responsible for advancing MSUFCU’s commercial banking strategy, expanding personal and business member capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence across all service channels. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to exceptional member service, relationship building, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Dilts is dedicated to supporting both personal and commercial members while championing initiatives that contribute to the Credit Union’s long‑term success.
- Max Hutchison, Compliance Manager – Hutchison joined the Credit Union in 2023 as compliance counsel and now works as the Compliance Manager, leading a team of attorneys and a compliance analyst. The Compliance Department is focused on responding to research requests, providing compliance insights on strategic projects, and providing solutions to anticipated regulatory hurdles.
- Jean Theis, Senior Vice President of Branches – Theis has been promoted to SVP of Branches to ensure that branches operate in a unified leadership structure to deliver consistent service and support across all regions. She has been in banking for more than 25 years, leading teams from marketing and community engagement to lending, branch operations, and the call center. Theis will drive MSUFCU’s long-term organizational branch strategy, positioning the Credit Union for growth.
- World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Christi Swoboda, CMP, to Vice President of Meetings and Events. Swoboda has been a dedicated leader within the organization since 2014, and most recently serving as Director of International Meetings and Events. In her new role, Swoboda will continue to lead the strategic vision, global growth and operational excellence of WOCCU’s meetings and events portfolio, including the prestigious World Credit Union Conference (WCUC). As Vice President, she will further strengthen World Council’s position as the convener of the global credit union movement, driving innovation, partnerships and impactful experiences that advance the industry worldwide.
- First Capital Federal Credit Union is pleased to promote Bobbie Ford, Assistant Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance, to Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance.

Appointments:
- Titan announced the appointment of Jamie Warder to its Board of Directors. Warder, a highly respected leader with more than two decades of experience in banking strategy, digital transformation and executive leadership, will help guide Titan’s mission to build national infrastructure for AI in banking.
- On February 24, 2026, Chartway Credit Union held its 67th Annual Meeting and elected by acclamation the following individuals to the board of directors:
- Melinda Barbish, Incumbent – Melinda Barbish currently serves as the board chair for Chartway and has been a dedicated volunteer leader for more than a decade. Since volunteering with the credit union beginning in 2010 and joining the board in 2014, she has held numerous committee leadership roles, including chairing the Executive Compensation Committee and serving on the Asset/Liability Management and Volunteer Recruitment & Development Committees. Professionally, she served on the audit and education committees for the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators. Barbish previously implemented and directed audit and compliance activities as an audit/accounting manager for the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of the Treasury, Division of Unclaimed Property. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.
- Jerry Frostick, Director – Jerry Frostick became associate director in October 2025 and full director by acclamation during the Annual Meeting. He brings deep community roots and extensive nonprofit engagement experience to Chartway’s Board of Directors. Frostick is the co‑owner of J&A Racing in Virginia Beach, Va., one of Hampton Roads’ most prominent race‑management organizations, and has served on the Chartway Promise Foundationboard of directors since April 2019. In addition to becoming a full director of the Chartway board, he is now board chair of the credit union’s foundation.
- Steve Warnecke, Incumbent – Steve Warnecke has been on the board since 2022 and also serves as the board chair of the credit union’s CUSO, Chartway Ventures. He is also a member of the Asset/Liability & Management and Volunteer Recruitment Committees. Warnecke is an established media executive with more than 20 years of domestic and international experience in TV program distribution, media sales, sponsorship, and management in both broadcast and cable. Warnecke currently serves as National Sales Director for Senders NFLMG, a national media agency, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in government/public policy.
