Vizo Financial Corporate Credit Union has received the 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for employee engagement, marking the fourth consecutive year the organization has earned this award. The award recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.
Despite ongoing disruption and rapid change across the workplace, Gallup found that Vizo Financial continues to build a high-performing culture where employees feel valued, heard and equipped to do their best work.
“This year’s results represent the highest engagement score we have achieved to date,” said Jeanne Heath, director of cultural engagement & learning at Vizo Financial. “That outcome reflects the trust our employees place in the organization and the genuine way they support one another. It is rewarding to see their feedback translate into measurable progress.”
Gallup’s research shows organizations that prioritize both people and performance are better positioned for long-term success. Its meta-analysis on team engagement and performance is one of the most comprehensive workplace studies ever conducted, with data on more than 3.3 million employees in 347 organizations across 53 industries and 90 countries. Highly engaged organizations outperform their peers in key business outcomes, including customer ratings, profitability, turnover, safety incidents, shrinkage, absenteeism, quality, well-being and organizational citizenship.
“Receiving this recognition for the fourth consecutive year is a meaningful reflection of the culture our team members continue to build every day,” said Fred Eisel, president/CEO of Vizo Financial. “Our employees consistently demonstrate a commitment to supporting one another and serving credit unions with purpose. By maintaining open communication and recognizing individual strengths, we foster an environment where team members are empowered to grow, contribute and engage while staying connected to our mission.”
