CHIEF LENDING OFFICER

POSITION DETAIL

With over $185 million in assets, Members First Credit Union, located in Corpus Christi, Texas, is currently recruiting for a senior lending executive to serve as their Chief Lending Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the incoming CLO will be responsible for overseeing a consumer and mortgage loan portfolio, collections, and new product development. Additionally, the credit union will charge this individual with developing the lending team through coaching and mentoring and evaluating existing processes and procedures to streamline and enhance lending operations. The successful candidate will have five plus years of consumer and mortgage lending experience, proven leadership skills, and bring both a strategic and tactical approach to lending. Experience with indirect lending and commercial lending is a plus.
