Quarter-century milestones deserve more than just cake and balloons.
Reliant Credit Union gets it. That’s why they’re rolling out the big guns — literally — to celebrate 25 years of their Macedon branch.
Since opening its doors at 1520 Victor Road back in 1999, Reliant’s Macedon location has been more than just a place to deposit checks and apply for loans. It’s been a genuine community fixture, growing right alongside the neighborhoods it serves.
Warplanes, Fire Trucks, and Free Stuff
Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 30, between 9 a.m. and noon. Reliant is throwing a proper anniversary bash at the Macedon branch, and they’re not messing around with the entertainment lineup.
The star attraction? A vintage warplane from the Geneseo National Warplane Museum, complete with a pilot who can probably share some stories that’ll make your morning commute seem a lot less dramatic. The theme is “time flies” — and yes, they went there with an actual airplane.
But wait, there’s more. The South Macedon Fire Department is bringing their fire truck (always a crowd-pleaser), and you’ll also get to meet folks from the Macedon Public Library, a local Girl Scout troop, and representatives from the Macedon American Legion. Plus, there’ll be refreshments, raffles, and giveaways throughout the morning.
Special Offers Worth Checking Out
Beyond the festivities, Reliant is sweetening the deal with exclusive, limited-time specials kicking off on May 30. Want the details? You’ll need to stop by the branch — some things are worth leaving the house for.
“For 25 years, the Macedon branch has been proud to serve this community and grow right alongside it,” said Pamela Heald, Reliant’s President & CEO. “This celebration is our way of saying thank you to our members and community partners who have supported us through the years and continue to make this such a special place to serve.”
Twenty-five years is no small feat in any business, especially one built on trust and relationships. Here’s to another 25 — hopefully with more warplanes.
