Advantage One Credit Union

Do You Know a Visionary Leader Ready to Make an Impact?
Somewhere in the credit union world, there is a leader who is ready for this.
They have the experience. They have the vision. They know how to build a team, grow a loan portfolio, and take a board somewhere worth going.
They just don’t have the right seat.
Advantage One Credit Union in Morrison, IL is searching for their next President/CEO.
This is a community-rooted, $22.9M institution with a board that is clear on where they want to go and ready to follow a leader with a plan.
They are not looking for someone to maintain what exists. They want someone to build something new.
The right person for this role is a visionary leader with credit union experience, strong lending instincts, and the confidence to step into a CEO role and make their mark.
Maybe that’s you. Maybe you know exactly who this is.
This search is being conducted by Michael Wolsten Consulting on behalf of the Advantage One Board of Directors.
