Vice President of Lending

POSITION DETAIL

Exceeding $200 million assets, Members Choice of Central Texas Federal Credit Union, located in Waco, Texas is currently recruiting to replace their Vice President of Lending. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the VP of Lending will be looked upon to develop growth strategies that will enhance the loan portfolio’s performance. Responsibilities will include product development, business development and production, and analyzing the portfolio and market for opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with consumer, indirect, and mortgage lending. Additional responsibilities will include overseeing collections, and reporting on the performance of the loan portfolio to the board of directors. The successful candidate will have five plus years of management experience leading lending operations for a credit union, have strong analytical skills, and have the ability to develop and execute on a strategic vision.
