EnCompass isn’t just another after-school program. They’re in the trenches helping students and families tackle learning gaps, navigate life’s curveballs, and knock down the barriers that too often stand between potential and achievement. The Reliant team didn’t just mail a check and call it a day. They showed up at Nazareth University for EnCompass’s Showcase of Learning—basically the grand finale of a four-week summer program designed to keep K-6 students learning and growing when school’s out. Anyone who’s heard of the “summer slide” knows why this matters. Kids can lose months of progress over summer break, and programs like this help level the playing field.
