With over $130 million in assets, Texoma Educators Federal Credit Union, located in Sherman, Texas, has retained the services of Cornerstone Resources to identify their next President/CEO. Working in unison with the board of directors, the incoming financial services executive will strategically lead the credit union and foster the organization’s culture of providing exceptional member service. The board seeks a visionary leader who will expand the credit union’s marketing capabilities, drive loan growth, identify opportunities for expansion, and serve as the organization’s ambassador within the community. The successful candidate will be well-versed in overall credit union operations, have both a strategic and tactical approach to leading, and at least five years of experience serving in a leadership role for a financial institution.
