HRCU Receives Dual Recognition for Member Safety and Services

Holy Rosary Credit Union, a neighborhood credit union with its headquarters in Rochester, NH, announces it has been honored with two MemberXP ‘Best of the Best’ awards and the AARP BankSafe Trained Seal.

Holy Rosary Credit Union announces it has been recognized for the fifth year by MemberXP, a leading customer experience program offered through Credit Union Solutions Group (CUSG), as a recipient of its 2025 ‘Best of the Best’ award in the new member and loan experience categories. HRCU also received the 2025 AARP BankSafe Trained Seal for the fifth consecutive year.

“We are incredibly proud to once again be recognized by MemberXP and AARP,” said HRCU President and CEO Brian Hughes. “These honors reflect our commitment to providing the highest level of safety and service to our members. We are always working hard to earn the trust of our members.”

HRCU is one of only 193 financial organizations nationally that earned the 2025 BankSafe Trained Seal, underscoring the credit union’s long-standing efforts to protect against the financial exploitation of its older members. The seal is awarded after at least 80 percent of front-end staff have completed the BankSafe training and the credit union has implemented rules and policies to directly address suspected financial exploitation. For the fifth year in a row, HRCU exceeded AARP’s requirements by requiring the training for all member-serving associates.

“HRCU understands that providing an excellent member experience means ensuring that our team is properly trained to identify potential fraud and help prevent financial exploitation,” said HRCU AVP of Financial Services Carlynne Pouliot.

The 2025 MemberXP ‘Best of the Best’ Awards are based on insights from more than 2.6 million data points, reflecting the experiences of around 8.6 million credit union members. This comprehensive evaluation process utilizes key performance metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Member Effort Score (MES), allowing data experts to analyze and validate results meticulously. The distinguished award was presented in February as an annual recognition by CUSG, honoring credit unions that consistently excel in delivering exceptional service.
