Achieva Credit Union Welcomes Eric Jenkins as New President and CEO

Honors Retiring Leader Gary Regoli

Achieva Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Jenkins as the new President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding leader Gary Regoli, who will retire after 17 years of dedicated service to the credit union.

“We are thrilled to welcome Eric Jenkins as our new President and CEO,” said Janet Cantees, Chairperson of the Board at Achieva Credit Union. “With his extensive expertise in the credit union industry—spanning advocacy, operations, lending, marketing, product development, finance, and human resources—we are confident in his ability to guide Achieva into its next chapter. His vision and leadership will be instrumental in shaping our future while remaining true to our mission of serving our members and communities.”

Jenkins brings over three decades of credit union leadership experience to Achieva Credit Union. Most recently, he served as CEO at SRP Federal Credit Union in North Augusta, South Carolina, and previously led Education Credit Union in Amarillo, Texas. His 34-year career includes leadership roles such as Chief Deposit Services Officer at Georgia United Credit Union, Chief Operating Officer at CU Partner Link, and Senior Vice President of CU Growth Services at Georgia Credit Union Affiliates.

Jenkins steps into the role as Regoli concludes a remarkable tenure defined by a commitment to community service, member-centric innovations, and fostering a culture of excellence. During his time as CEO, Achieva experienced significant growth, expanded its branch network, and strengthened its reputation as a trusted financial partner.

“Serving as CEO of Achieva Credit Union has been the honor of a lifetime. Together, we’ve built more than just a financial institution—we’ve built a culture where people genuinely care about making a difference. I am immensely proud of what we have accomplished and deeply grateful for the active engagement of our Board, the dedication of our employees and the trust of our members,” said Regoli. “I am confident that under Eric’s leadership, Achieva will continue to thrive and make a positive impact in the communities we serve.”

On Regoli’s retirement, Cantees added, “Gary’s leadership has left an indelible mark on Achieva. His unwavering commitment to ‘Banking for GOOD’ will always be a part of who we are. We are grateful for his service and wish him the very best in his well-earned retirement.”
