Anna Laquintano Will Present Her Project and Findings at the CrossState Connect Annual Convention in May

American Heritage Credit Union (“American Heritage”) proudly announces that Anna Laquintano, Membership Marketing Coordinator, has been selected as one of the finalists for CrossState Credit Union Association’s (“CrossState”) annual Credit Union Ambassador Contest. Laquintano was selected as American Heritage’s representative for this annual contest, which provides an “opportunity to advance the careers of credit union professionals ages 21 and up and provide a platform to move their credit union forward.”

As part of the contest’s third phase, Laquintano will present a project she has completed, as well as its results and findings. Financial wellness was the focus of Laquintano’s project, which aims to highlight ways in which members can foster stronger financial habits and manage their finances with confidence.

Each applicant’s project required “gathering research, developing implementation strategies, and putting the project into practice.” Laquintano’s work will be presented at the CrossState Connect Annual Convention in May in Atlantic City to fellow peers and colleagues in the credit union space.

Laquintano began her career in October 2021 with American Heritage, starting with the Contact Center department where she eventually was promoted to a Member Advisor Supervisor after one year. She moved into the Marketing department in April 2023, serving as their Field Marketing Specialist. From there, she transitioned into the role of Membership Marketing Coordinator, overseeing the progress for all of Marketing’s various projects, as well as fielding requests from other departments.

“I am so grateful to be chosen as a top ten finalist for the 2026 CU Ambassador Contest with CrossState,” said Laquintano. “I have been hard at work brainstorming additional ideas, collaborating with different leaders, and implementing the next steps of my proposal to turn it into a reality. I am confident my proposal will make a difference for American Heritage and positively impact our members. I eagerly look forward to presenting my project this spring at CrossState’s Connect Convention and showcasing my ideas with colleagues in the credit union space!”

“American Heritage is incredibly proud to have Anna representing our credit union in the next phase of the CrossState Credit Union Ambassador Contest,” said Adam Remshifski, Senior Vice President of Marketing at American Heritage. “This recognition underscores both the strength of her financial wellness project and the passion she brings to serving our members every day. Her thoughtful, research-driven approach to promoting financial literacy reflects the very best of the credit union ‘people helping people’ philosophy, and her commitment to empowering members with tools and confidence for long-term financial success is exactly what this contest is designed to spotlight. Anna is an ideal steward of the credit union movement, and we are excited to see her share her ideas and impact with peers from across Pennsylvania and New Jersey at CrossState Connect later this year.”

“We are incredibly proud of all Anna has accomplished during her entire tenure with American Heritage,” said Bruce K. Foulke, President & CEO of American Heritage. “Her work is crucial to the success of our entire team, and she has left a strong and positive impact throughout our entire organization. This recognition by CrossState is a direct reflection of her hard work and dedication towards the credit union movement. I am incredibly proud of her growth and success, and we are fortunate to have her on our team.”
