Recognized for Achievements in Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, and Member Experience
American Heritage Credit Union (“American Heritage”) has been honored with three awards in 2025 by the Marketing Association of Credit Unions (“MAC”). American Heritage received Gold in the Member Experience category, Silver in the Marketing Automation category, and Bronze in the Email Marketing category. These awards were received at the annual MAC conference held in October.
This was a record-breaking year for the MAC Awards, with more than 450 entries being submitted from nearly 100 credit unions across the country. A panel of expert judges reviewed each submission. In the Member Experience submission, American Heritage highlighted its digital calculator tools for mortgages and auto loans. An abandoned membership application email workflow was the focus of the Marketing Automation submission, while the Email Marketing submission centered on first-time homebuying.
“We are incredibly proud of the work the American Heritage Marketing team puts forth and are thrilled they have been recognized amongst their peers,” said Bruce K. Foulke, President & CEO of American Heritage Credit Union. “This recognition is a direct reflection of their commitment to providing our membership with the tools and resources they need to successfully navigate their financial journey.”
“These MAC Awards showcase the exceptional marketing strategies that credit unions are using to better serve and engage their members,” said Andrea Finn, Chair of MAC. “This year’s conference had a tangible spirit, where passion, innovation, and connection came together to celebrate the best in credit union marketing.”
Outside of the award’s ceremony, Adam Remshifski, American Heritage’s Senior Vice President of Marketing, further elevated the credit union’s commitment to industry excellence by serving as a panelist for this year’s Keynote Panel Session – Marketing for Revenue: Navigating the New Landscape of Attribution, Privacy, and AI at the Annual MAC Conference. In this high-profile panel, Remshifski spoke candidly about the need for credit union marketers to adapt to complex market realities, sharing practical strategies for modern attribution in a privacy-first era, adopting AI tools aligned with compliance, and deploying effective audience targeting techniques. He emphasized the importance of maintaining an authentic brand voice even as automation becomes more deeply integrated, providing actionable insights and guidance to help fellow marketers confidently implement these approaches in their own organizations and drive measurable results.
“Winning three MAC Awards this year is an incredible honor, and I am deeply proud of the dedication, creativity, and teamwork shown by our entire Marketing group,” said Remshifski. “Being able to represent American Heritage during the Keynote panel was equally rewarding—I had the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, exchange cutting-edge ideas, and celebrate what makes credit union marketing so impactful. These recognitions are a testament to our team’s passion for innovation and commitment to serving our members.”
