Associated Credit Union celebrates 90 years of art and athletics at Dogwood Festival

Associated Credit Union (ACU), a member-owned financial institution serving over 185,000 members across Georgia, is proud to be the Presenting Partner of the 90th Annual Dogwood Festival.

Held April 10-12 in Piedmont Park, the event features hundreds of artists and vendors from around the country. ACU members receive free Festival entry and $5 off parking.

As part of the on-site experience at the ACU booth, current University of Georgia student-athletes will be taking pictures and meeting with fans:

  • Saturday, April 11, from 5-7pm: Football Tight End Lawson Luckie
  • Sunday, April 12, from 2-4pm: Track Stars Sanaa & Sole Frederick

Luckie, a rising senior, appeared in all 14 games during both his sophomore and junior seasons and is expected to play a key role in the Bulldogs’ offense in 2026. He attended Norcross (GA) High School. The Frederick twins were members of UGA’s first women’s NCAA Outdoor Track & Field National Championship team in 2025 and represented Trinidad & Tobago at the 2024 Olympics. They both attended North Druid Hills (GA) High School.

“The Dogwood Festival is one of Atlanta’s most cherished traditions, and we’re proud to support an event that brings people together to celebrate art, culture, and community,” said Vice President of Marketing, Tom Maiellaro. “At Associated Credit Union, our mission goes beyond banking; we’re committed to investing in the communities we serve. We’re excited to showcase these talented young student-athletes and provide fans an opportunity to connect with them in a fun, engaging setting.”

ACU’s NIL roster also features Gunner Stockton, the Georgia Bulldogs quarterback and Tiger, Georgia native. In 2025, Stockton earned SEC Championship Game MVP honors and was named a finalist for both the Manning Award and the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, recognizing the nation’s top quarterbacks. Another standout NIL representative is Drew Burress, an outfielder for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and a first-team All-American in 2025.
